PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stack at least two sheet-like members supplied successively with one machine and cut them to be predetermined length. SOLUTION: In order to achieve the above object, this cutter device comprises: a first supply device for successively supplying a first sheet-like member; a second supply device for successively supplying a second sheet-like member; and a cutter means for cutting the sheet-like members to be a predetermined lengths. In this cutter device having built-up means, a pair of nip rolls is provided which presses the sheet-like member from the first supply device and the sheet-like member from the second sheet supply device by sandwiching them between the first and second supply devices and the cutter means, to stack the sheet-like members.
