PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush urinal that can positively prevent fouling on the whole urinal bowl face. SOLUTION: This antifouling flush urinal is provided with a urinal bowl face formed with a water-repellent coat, and a plurality of water discharge ports at the upper part of the urinal bowl face. When the spacing between the edge of the water discharge port and the edge of the adjacent water discharge port is set to d, and the diameter of the water discharge port is set to r, the relation between d and r is to satisfy 0.5<d/r<1.5.
