<p>The machine to assemble two tubular textile products, especially in the prodn. of stocking tights, moves the boards (1) with the stocking legs so that each projecting edge section is aligned forwards in relation to the seaming to be performed. The aligned edges are forced towards the needle (5), within a sliding channel converging to the needle (5) through the movement to the sewing machine (C). The channel is defined by a guide (3) and its foot (4) to hold the overlaid edges together during the whole stitching operation.</p> |
