The method attaches ceramic zol(4) to a surface of ceramic or metal porous carrier(3), and coats inner surface of the carrier at more than 50 kPa and less than ÓP obtained from a formula ÓP=2 Þcos /r (In said formula Þ is surface tension of dispersion medium, r is radus of pore of carrier and cos is contact angle of wall surface of pore with dispersion medium). The ceramic porous carrier comprises alumina, and colloid granules of said ceramic zol comprises SiO2,TiO2, Þ-AlOOH,Al2O2, ZrO2,Si2N4 or these mixture.
