PURPOSE:To accelerate the rotational move processing of a picture by calculating a correction amount corresponding to the coordinates and rotating angle of a picture element in the digital picture and calculating coordinates after rotation based on an arithmetic formula. CONSTITUTION:A correction amount calculating means 3 is provided to respectively calculate the first correction amount (DELTAC) and the second correction amount (DELTAS) corresponding to the coordinates (x,y) and rotating angle of the picture element in the digital picture, and a coordinate calculating means 4 is provided to calculate the coordinates (X,Y) after the rotation based on the respective formulas such as X=(x)-DELTAC-DELTAS and Y=(y)-DELTAC+DELTAS from the first and second correction amounts (DELTAC) and (DELTAS), which are calculated by this correction amount calculating means, and the coordinates (x,y). Thus, the rotational move processing of the picture can be executed at high speed. |
