PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an environment-monitoring system, capable of monitoring electric power data every hour and in every area, and capable of easily recognizing a trouble occurring in an object of monitoring. SOLUTION: Electric power data measured by an electric power monitor are fetched in periodically by an industrial network computer. The fetched data are collected by a server over the Internet or on an intranet. At least one of time information, area information and use category information, is added to the power data. The collected power data are stored in a database. Power data are retrieved from the database, by using at least one among the time, area, and usage category, as a keyword. |
