摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage/reactive power control system which maintains an appropriate voltage to the customers and makes an economic operation such as transmission line loss reduction, corresponding to the operating and loading conditions of the power system. SOLUTION: The voltage/reactive power control system comprises a central VQC device 101 and a plurality of individual VQC devices 202. The effective power flows P from the plurality of individual VQC devices 202 are inputted into the central VQC device 101, and with these inputs a reference voltage which becomes an optimum targeted voltage of the individual VQC device 202 in each block is calculated and transmitted to the individual VQC device 202. In an individual control part 200, a reactive power energy Q from a designated position of a block 201 is collected to the individual VQC device 202, and the control is autonomously and dispersedly made by balancing the reactive power energy Q in order to maintain the reference voltage sent from the central VQC device 101.
