<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to find desired information in a user friendly way among flood of data on the Internet and to efficiently use it. SOLUTION: A start point server 20 has a speech specifying block for specifying a user's speech, which specifies a content of the user's speech by checking a user's speech collection, and moves its processing to a specialized server to respond thereto. In the specialized server, an agent responds to the user's speech. The start point server 20 has further an additional speech collection to which another agent should react to the speech of the agent who responded. When the speech of the agent is specified by the additional speech collection, its processing is moved to an agent who should react to it. In a user's screen, two characters appear, and the agents dialog with each other.</p> |
