PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerizable planographic printing plate having high sensitivity, good shelf stability, good handleability in a light room and good scuffing resistance. SOLUTION: The photopolymerizable planographic printing plate has a photosensitive layer comprising a photopolymerizable composition containing a halogen-containing photopolymerization initiator and >=30 wt.% radical polymerizable monomer and an oxygen intercepting protective layer containing two or more water-soluble high molecular compounds on the photosensitive layer. |
