<p>PURPOSE: To provide a layer-built electronic component which is so constructed as to decrease the generation of stray capacitance and which can realize lower height. CONSTITUTION: A layer-built electronic component 1 is made by holding an intermediate layer 4 which consists of a plurality of formed substances for intermediate sheet having lower dielectric constant than that of a sheet formed substance, in between first and second substrates 2 and 3, which comprise a plurality of layers of sheet formed substances. And the intermediate layer 4 lies between an electrode 5 for internal capacitor and a plane wiring 7 of the first substrate 2 and an electrode 8 for internal capacitor and a plane wiring 10 of the second substrate 3.</p> |
