PURPOSE: To shorten retrieving processing for the accident occurrence place and time of a power failure accident due to a comparatively small accident current by detecting a wide accident current area by plural cameras using neutral density(ND) filters having respectively different transmittance values. CONSTITUTION: This picture processor is provided with a 1st camera 2a provided with a 1st ND filter 3a and a 2nd camera 2b provided with a 2nd ND filter 3b having higher transmittance value than the 1st ND filter 3a. When an accident current is small like a grounding accident, the signal level of an output picture from the 1st camera 2a through the 1st ND filter 3a is low and its detection precision is extremely low. However a video output from the 2nd camera 2b through the 2nd ND filter 3b becomes fine picture data, so that high detection precision can be obtained. |
