PURPOSE: To save the trouble of collecting information fee and also to change the fee corresponding to the utilization condition of information by providing a means for changing charging conditions corresponding to accumulated distribution results. CONSTITUTION: A KARAOKE terminal is provided with a distribution result storage device 32 for accumulating the distribution results of KARAOKE music data from an information center 3 over one month and the distribution result storage device 32 stores the distributed music number of a previous month and the distributed music number of this month. Then, every time the distibution of the KARAOKE music data is received, the distributed music number is updated by performing addition to the distributed music number of this month. A central controller 31 selects a discount coefficient corresponding to the distributed music number of the previous month stored in the distribution result storage device 32. Then, corresponding to the selected discount coefficient, the normal price of the KARAOKE music data to be newly distributed to the KARAOKE terminal is corrected and a corrected money amount is transmitted to a charging center 1. |
