PURPOSE: To provide a silencing board which exerts good heating and cooling and fire-preventing effects by affixing a film vibrator plate to an acoustic absorption plate for cooling and heating, giving vibration the plate, and canceling the noise. CONSTITUTION: Synthetic resin films 1, 1' of polypropylene are put one over another, and grooves 2, 2' are formed with a heater interposed, followed by a pressing work, and a number of thin pipes A are made in spiral form. At the ends an inlet pipe 3 and outlet pipe 3' are provided, and valves 4, 4' are fitted on the inlet pipe 3 and outlet pipe 3', and there a liquid is encapsulated. To them microphone plates 5 made from a plate-shaped film are affixed. Micro- film is formed by attaching an electrode to the surface of film in which a dielectric substance powder of barium titanate is included. and a beat sound is generated. The thin pipes A and spiral plate B are installed in laminate on the film plate. |
