PURPOSE: To facilitate repair, replacement and remodeling of a roll shaft part by forming a dividable structure for the roll shell part and the roll shaft part of a bath roll in molten metal plating facilities. CONSTITUTION: The part of a roll shaft part 21 mounted at both the end parts of the roll shell part 20 of a bath roll is divided and connected through a flange type shaft coupling 22. The roll shaft part on the opposite side to the roll shell part is rotatably-supported by a sliding bearing 23. Between the flanges 22-1 of a flange type shaft coupling 22, a graphite sheet or a tantalum sheet is applied, or WC-Co group or ZrO2 group is injected to the inside of the flange 22-1. |
