PURPOSE: To make the area that a microwave coupling line occupies very small by providing four stripped conductors and superposing the stripped conductors partially or entirely one over another. CONSTITUTION: This line has the four stripped conductors 31-34. The stripped conductors 31 and 32 are arranged partially, side by side, at right angles to a ground conductor 21, and the stripped conductor 33 is arranged on a plane which is substantially the same with the the stripped conductor 32 and parallel to the ground conductor 21. Then the stripped conductor 34 is arranged partially, side by side, with the stripped conductor 33 in the direction perpendicular to the ground conductor 21 on a plane which is substantially the same with the stripped conductor 31 and parallel to the ground conductor 21. The stripped conductors 31 and stripped conductor 33 are electrically connected to each other, and the stripped conductor 32 and stripped conductor 34 are electrically connected to each other. Consequently, the microwave coupling line can be formed in a symmetrical shape and the coupling line is reducible in size. |
