PURPOSE: To prevent a holding part from shutting out inspection light directed to a printed board by providing a holding part holding a printed board in a space part with a chamfered part which becomes thinner as it gets closer to a circumferencial edge part of a printed board from a pallet body side in one side of a printed board. CONSTITUTION: A space part wherein a printed board 4 is arranged is provided to a central part of a pallet body 2. The printed board 4 is pressed and supported by a compression coil spring 28 in a pallet plate surface direction by a pressing click 21d of a pressing block. The pressing click 21d is comprised an upper plate 22 and a lower plate 23 and a tilting tapered surface 23a is formed so that the lower plate 23 is thinner toward a direction of the printed board 4. Furthermore, a tapered surface 29a is formed in an end part of a reference side 29 positioned in an opposite side of the lower plate 23 so that the reference side 29 becomes thinner toward a direction of the printed board 4. A tilting angle of the tapered surface 29a is decided by an incident angle of inspection light radiated from A-direction. |
