PURPOSE: To continuously successively manufacture band blades at the predetermined length in order by using the long size straight band plate material with blade, in which unworked parts are continued, and performing each process of notching and bending to the only part to be worked, and finally, separating the part to be worked from the unworked part. CONSTITUTION: A bending device 31 and a notching device 11 are used, and the notching device 11 performs notching to a part 62 to be worked of a straight long size band plate material 61 with blade, which is passed through an outlet 35 of a molding material 32 of the bending device 31. Continuously, the bending device 31 performs bending to the part 62 to be worked, and finally, the part 62 to be worked is separated from unworked part. |
