PURPOSE: To prevent a resin from flowing out of a mold cavity at the time of molding by providing the protruding part reaching the wall of the mold cavity from the frame part of a lead frame. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame 21, a frame part 22 and terminals 23, 24, 25, 28 are provided so as not to be connected mutually. Protruding parts 27, 28 are provided on the frame part 22 at the positions where the leading ends thereof collide with the side surface of a molded product (the side wall of a cavity). Therefore, all of the recessed grooves of a mold are filled at the time of molding when the lead frame is set and do not remain as they are. Protruding parts 26, 27 are fitted in the recessed grooves of the cavity so as not to protrude into the cavity and no gaps are present between the protruding parts and the side wall of the cavity. |
