PURPOSE: To provide a precoated steel plate preferable for food sanitariness having excellent food sanitariness and corrosion resistance in the application which is brought into indirect contact with food like the inner box of a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: A primary coated film layer of a proving surface side in direct contact with good contains 10 to 120 pts.wt. of total of one or more types selected from a phosphate pigment, a molybdate pigment and a methaborate pigment as a rustproof pigment with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a resin. The film thickness is 2 to 15μm. The primary coated film layer of a non-proving surface contains 5 to 120 pts.wt. of a chromate rustproof pigment to 100 pts.wt. of the resin, or 10 to 100 pts.wt. of the chromate rustproof pigment and 10 to 50 pts.wt. of silica and total of 120 pts.wt. or less. Its film thickness is 2 to 15μm, and the thicknesses of the film layers of the proving and non-proving surfaces are 10 to 30 and 10 to 20μm, respectively.
