PURPOSE: To eliminate a digital circuit, eliminate a reference voltage source, and further make high-speed switch operation possible by placing the current switch circuit with only one positive-phase digital signal without using a reference voltage source. CONSTITUTION: This circuit consists of a 1st constant current source MP1, 2nd and 3rd transistors(TR) MP2 and MP3 connected to one end of the constant current source MP1, and a 2nd constant current source MP4 which is connected to the other end of the MP3. The control signal input of the 2nd TR MP2 is connected to the connection point 4 between the 3rd TR MP3 and 2nd constant current source MP4, and an external digital signal D is inputted as the control signal of the 3rd TR MP3. According to the value of this digital signal D, a current flowing to the part where the other terminal of the 2nd TR MP2 is used as a current output terminal 2 is turned ON and OFF. |
