CONSTITUTION: Six sheath heaters 42 are approximately spirally wired at approximately equal intervals to each other, and each sheath heater 42 is formed in such a manner that the winding pitch of each resistance heating wire is different from each other. Parts 42b whose winding pitches are long are positioned on the center side of an annular frame body 41, and parts 42c whose winding pitches are short are positioned on a side in the vicinity of the annular frame body 41.
