<p>PURPOSE: To surely detect the passing of an object and prevent erroneous operation due to outside noise without installing a particular member by forming a ground electrode into a case-like shape having through holes through which an object can pass. CONSTITUTION: A case 10 is so installed in a pathway of an object as to make the object pass through through holes 10c, 10e of the case 10. Consequently, an object can pass the inside of a sensor electrode 12 through through holes 11c, 11e of a ground electrode 11 while utilizing a cylindrical part 10d of the case 10 as a guide. In this installation situation, an object passes the inside of the sensor electrode 12 through the through holes 11c, 11e of the electrode 11 while utilizing the cylindrical part 10d of the case 10 as a guide by a detection circuit of a substrate 13. At that moment, based on the alteration of electrostatic capacity between the electrode 12 and the electrode 11, object passing can be detected and at the same time the detection signal is sent out to a control apparatus.</p> |
