PURPOSE: To three-dimensionally inform a user of the contents of message data by executing input operation by displaying the message data corresponding to document preparation contents, and reverse-displaying the message data synchronously with the displayed message data. CONSTITUTION: A data storage part 15 stores dictionary data required for a document preparing device 10, and a display message data storage part 17 stores the various kinds of display message data required for the operation of an input part 11 in accordance with the document contents in the course of preparation, and a voice message data storage part 19 stores similarly voice message data as well, and a man-machine interface 20 relates the input part 11 with each output part. A main control part 13 connects a display part 22 through a display control part 21 and a voice output part 24 through a voice output control part 23, and displays the input data and the display message data and outputs the voice message data as a voice. |
