PURPOSE: To enable handling in a light room and to improve preservability by forming an adhesive layer, a photosensitive layer contg. a polymerizable compd. and a photopolymn. initiator and a peelable cover sheet on a substrate and allowing at least one selected from among the substrate, adhesive layer and cover sheet to have absorption in a wavelength region other than the max. wavelength of absorption of the photopolymn. initiator. CONSTITUTION: This image forming material has an adhesive layer, a photosensitive layer contg. a polymerizable compd. and a photopolymn. initiator and a peelable cover sheet on the substrate and at least one selected from among the substrate, adhesive layer and cover sheet has absorption in a wavelength region other than the max. wavelength of absorption of the photopolymn. initiator. The max. wavelength of absorption of the initiator is <=400nm and the wavelength region of absorption of at least one selected from among the substrate, adhesive layer and cover sheet is >400nm, or the max. wavelength of absorption of the initiator is >=700nm and the wavelength region of absorption of at least one selected from among the substrate, adhesive layer and cover sheet is <700nm. |
