PURPOSE: To provide the device for charging seedlings into plug trays, improved in labor saving and workability, and equipped with a charging member, a holding member and a controller which have specific structures, respectively. CONSTITUTION: This device for charging seedlings into a plug trays A is provided with (A) a charging member equipped with frames 11-14 disposed on both the lateral sides, a carrying machine 21 mounted on the frames 11-14, a driving means for moving the carrying machine 21, a driving means for forward driving a carrying member, a laterally moving means attached to the frames 11-14, a longitudinally moving means to the frames 11-14, and guide cylindrical pieces 43, 44 attached to the moving means in postures faced to the plugs of the plug tray A loaded on the carrying member from a somewhat upper direction, (B) a holding member equipped with a laterally moving means disposed above the guide cylindrical pieces 43, 44, an opening or closing means attached to a moving means, and a claws 71, 72 attached to the opening or closing means, and (C) a controller for controlling the operations of the charging member (A) and the holding member (B). |
