发明名称 CORONA ELECTRIFYING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE: To make an assembling easy, to eliminate the damages of components in the assembling, to reduce the amount of ozone generation in corona discharging and to stabilize a discharging performance by using conductive sheet metal having a specific thickness as saw-tooth electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A saw-tooth electrode plate 110 is a corona discharging electrode plate and is constituted of a band-shaped planar part and saw-tooth electrodes in which vertexes of saw-tooth electrodes being plural and equal length electrode parts provided at the band-shaped end of the planar part are provided in a constant pitch and is arranged at right angle with respect to the moving direction shown by the arrow of a photoreceptor drum 10 being an image forming body. In this case, the saw-tooth plate 110 is the plate made by using a conductive plate having a thin sheet thickness being >=30μm and <=100μm which is, for example, made by etching a stainless plate being conductive sheet metal. Then, the plate 110 is stuck to the plane part of a supporting part 123 by applying adhesive member such as adhesive, double coated adhesive tape and so forth to an adhesive part provided in the planar part of the plate 110 and by striking the end part of the planar part against the inside corner of the L form of the supporting part 123 of a supporting member.
