The procedure for the production of tablets which contain carbo medicinalis as the active principle, consists of the following that homogeneous dry mixture,made of: one mass part of carbo medicinalis voluminous powder, 0,01-0,1 mass parts of dry binding agent and 0,04-0,08 intragranular desintegrator, is wetted with 1,2-1,8 mass parts of liquid binding agent in the form of starch paste. After reaching the point of wet granulation, the wetted mass is homogenized with 0,001-0,01 mass parts of lubricant and sieved through standard sieve, the length of its mesh is 3 mm. The wet granulate is dried in the stream of hot air with the entering temperature of 40-60°C, up tobalancing content of moisture and it is compressed in tablets that are dried up to the constant mass and packed in plastic vials or blisters. |
