<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a reader block from coming into contact with a picker without making a structure complicated. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic tape 2 having a reader block 3 in its tip in housed in a cartridge 1. The magnetic tape 2 is pulled out from the cartridge 1 by engaging a picker 5 with the reader block 3 and the reader block 3 is carried to a winding reel 21 for winding the magnetic tape 2 along a threading cam 10 together with the picker 5. Since a recessed step part 23 is provided in the end part 11b of the threading cam 10, the picker 5 is lowered in the step part 23 and is away from the reader block 3, thereby preventing them from being in contact therewith.</p> |
