PURPOSE: To provide a superconducting magnet device, which can generate a magnetic field having an intended space distribution in a specified space. CONSTITUTION: In a superconducting magnet device having a cylindrical superconducting coil 1 and a yoke 4, which guides the magnetic flux generated from the superconducting coil into a specified space, a pole pieces 5 are formed so as to have the recess parts on the sides of the space at both edges facing a specified space 6 of the yoke 4. |
