PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed and recirculate power and demagnetize an inductive load by disposing a vertical bipolar transistor between a first outer terminal and a node, a first transistor between the node and a second outer terminal, and a parallel circuit of a Zener diode and a second vertical transistor between the base and the node. SOLUTION: A load L is connected between a DC positive voltage supply terminal Vcc and the node A of a circuit grounded through a switch S1. An NPN bipolar transistor having emitter connected with the terminal Vcc and collector connected with the terminal A is connected between the terminal A and the Vcc. A switch S3 connected in parallel with a Zener diode DZ is interposed between a transistor T and the node A. Furthermore, a switch Sψconnected directly with a resistor Rs is interposed between a node B and the ground G. This circuitry realizes a semiconductor monolithic component.
