PURPOSE: To separately use channels by all base stations even when many base stations are present in a small area. CONSTITUTION: The interference wave level of an outgoing slot in which the base station is to transmit control signals at the time of channel retrieval is measured, and when it is not lower than a stipulated interference wave level, the interference wave level is measured in the other slots until the slot is found in a step 33. Also, the interference wave level of plural incoming slots from a mobile station to the base station to the outgoing slot is measured, and when it does not satisfy a stipulated value, repetition is performed from the retrieval of a different outgoing control channel in the step S37. When the interference wave level is not satisfied in all the outgoing and incoming channels, the combination of the (m) (m>n) pieces of the incoming slots and the outgoing slots lower than the stipulated interference wave level is selected by the specified (m) pieces of the incoming slots and whether or not the interference wave level satisfies the stipulated value is verified again in the step S46 after the elapse of the fixed time. |
