PURPOSE: To simply and easily prepare to manufacture with excellent accuracy and reliability at a low cost in a short time by accurately adhering a replacing part when the defective part of a honeycomb sandwich panel in which both outer surfaces are bent is partly replaced. CONSTITUTION: An adhering jig 7 is used together with an autoclave 3 and other heating and pressurizing units, and next jig plate 10, a bottom plate 11 of a base, a frame 12, etc., are provided. That is, the adhering jig comprises a jig plate 10 in which many groovelike slits 14 are entirely formed at the outer surface 13 side, deformability and flexibility are entirely given and its inner surface 15 is brought into contact with the outer surface of a honeycomb sandwich panel 1 to be replaced to be bent corresponding to the bent, a flat bottom plate 11 to be a base, and frames 12 interposed fixedly between the plate 10 and the plate 11. |
