CLEANER HAVING FINE PARTICLE COLLECTING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: To collect a fine particle dust such as toner by providing a hyperfine mesh type paper pack filter, a dust collecting filter and exhaust filter using electrostatic filters consisting of polymer dielectrics, and a motor adapting a shield type bearing in a bearing part. CONSTITUTION: This cleaner has a hyperfine mesh type paper pack filter 1, a dust collecting filter 2 and exhaust filter 3 using electrostatic filters consisting of polymer dielectrics, and a motor 5 adapting a shield type bearing 4 in a bearing part. The motor 5 is partially housed in a noise eliminating cylinder 6. A suction hose is mounted on a hose mounting hole 7. The hyperfine mesh constituting the paper pack filter 1 has a diameter of 0.7μ. The cleaner having this constitution can collect a material having a particle size up to 0.3μ. It is also resistant to the melting of the suction hose by carbon toner or the bearing breakage by toner magnetic body.
