PURPOSE: To easily connect a coaxial cable to an equipment, to which a coaxial cable such as a BS/CS antenna is connected for use in the outdoors. CONSTITUTION: A screw part 14a of a junction 14 is inserted into a part 12 of an equipment, to which a coaxial cable is to be connected, through a packing 13 made of the elastic body, and fixed by a screw 11. The coaxial cable connection side of the junction 14 is provided with a fastening part 14b, to which the outer film of a coaxial cable 16 is adhered for fastening, and a stopper part 14c for fixing the coaxial cable so as to prevent the loose-out after the fastening. A conductor core 16a of the coaxial cable 16 is inserted into a conductor fitting 14d provided at the center of the junction 14, and an insulated part 16b of the coaxial cable 16 is inserted into the fastening part 14b made of the conductor of the junction 14, and the conductor of the outer film is kept to cover outside of the fastening part 14b, and a fastening fitting 15 is caulked from outside so as to mechanically connect the coaxial cable 16 to the junction 14 and electrically connect them.
