A filter, esp. for vehicle interior air filtering, has a filter housing consisting of a clean air-side base and a dirty air-side cover, between which is arranged a filter insert esp. of pleated filter paper. The novelty is that the cover (11) has bracing elements (15,16,17) for fixing the filter insert (22) in a fixed position. Pref. the filter insert is a foamed material element with pockets holding active carbon. |
