PURPOSE: To realize radio communication equipment capable of transmission diversity even when a master station sends information to all plural slave stations in the case of initial transmission made in the stage of absence of information of an opposite station such as position and direction or in the case of a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: Transmission information is spread by spreaders 21, 22 based on two orthogonal codes generated by orthogonal code generators 11, 12 and the two signals after the spread processing are respectively biphase-modulated by BPSK modulators 51, 52. Then the modulated signals are sent from separate antennas 31, 32 whose spatial positions differ from each other. |
