PURPOSE: To always realize the stable transportation of developer by eliminating cloggings due to the collision and the compression of developer in between developing rolls even in the case a center feeding system is adopted in the developer transportation of an electrophotographic device. CONSTITUTION: The flow of developer 5 is divided into two flows by interposing a guiding member 4 in between a first and a second developing rolls 2, 3. The relationship of (θ2/θ1)<0.4 is made to be established in between anglesθ1 in between respective magnetic poles of developer receiving poles 7 plurally arranged in the peripheral direction of the developing roll 3 and the angleθ2 formed by a first receiving pole 7-1 of the side of the roll 3 with respect to the receiving pole 6-1 of the developer roll 2 among receiving poles 7 and the narrowest gap position in between the second developing roll 3 and the guiding member 4.
