The clutch device is designed to activate changing of speed in the process of transmitting the power of an autocar engine to wheels. The clutch device includes : a passive side disc (1) installed to a mission(A); a coaxial disc (10) installed to an engine (B); a compression ring groove (2); a concave section; a shaft hole (5, 15) having a boss (4, 14); a long hole (7) located at the circumference of a base section (6'); a fixed pin (18) inserted to a slant hole (17); and an engine (13).
