PURPOSE: To improve various characteristics by forming the inner layer and outer layer of an insulating layer with resins A and B containing specific quantities of an inorganic flame retarder and red phosphorus in an olefin resin P and in an ethylene copolymer and a denatured polyolefin resin P. CONSTITUTION: The inner layer 2 of an insulating layer is formed with a resin composition A containing an inorganic flame retarder 50-120 pts.wt. and red phosphorus 2.5-10 pts.wt. against an olefin resin 100 pts.wt. The outer layer 3 is formed on the inner layer 2 of the insulating layer with a resin composition B containing the inorganic flame retarder 80-150 pts.wt. and red phosphorus 0.5-2 pts.wt. against the olefin resin 100 pts.wt. constituted of an ethylene copolymer 70-99 wt.% and denatured polyolefin 30-1wt.%. The thickness of the inner layer 2 against the total insulating layer is set to 80-90%, and the thickness of the outer layer 3 is set to 5-20%. The insulating layer has high flame resistance, an excellent mechanical characteristic, and weather resistance, and it can be optionally colored. |
