PURPOSE: To improve usability of a treatment tool for which a turning-up board operating wire can not be operated with traction, by providing an inserting part head with a minimum turning-up condition control means so as to control arbitrarily the minimum turning-up condition of the treatment tool turning-up board. CONSTITUTION: A recessed part 15 in which a treatment tool turning-up pedestal 14 for changing the projected direction of the treatment tools is stored in a freely-turning condition adjacent to an observation window and an illumination window in a left-half of the upper face of an object part block 1a is formed on a right-half thereof. An outlet of a treatment tool inserting channel 13 is communicatedly-connected with the rear wall part of the recessed part 15, and the treatment tool turning-up pedestal 14 is supported in the recessed part 15 in freely-turning condition by making an axis 16 as a central axis. And the treatment tool turning 14 is turned in the recessed part 15 by remote-operating the operating wire 17 forward/backwardly by means of the treatment tool turning-up pedestal operating lever in an operating part, thereby, the head projected direction of the treatment tools projected through the treatment tool inserting channel 13 can be changed arbitrarily between a minimum turning-up condition (A) and a maximum turning-up condition (B). Further, the minimum turning-up angle control piece 18 is arranged on the recessed part 15. |
