PURPOSE: To prevent the color splippage of a color printer from being generated with a simple means by making respective maximum eccentricity directions of a first and a second drum gears conform to the direction of a perpendicular erected on a transferring belt plane and constituting gears so that all of the directions become the same direction. CONSTITUTION: The distance between centers of a first photoreceptor drum 2-1 and a second photoreceptor drum 2-2 being in an adjacent relation is defined as Ld. Moreover, the diameter of the photoreceptor drum 2-1 whose transferring order is earlier among photoreceptor drums 2-1, 2-2 is defined as D. In this case, the distance between centers Ld and πD are set equal and a maximum eccentricity direction being a direction connecting the maximum eccentricity point (the point becoming to the most recessed point) A and the rotational center of a first drum gear 14-1-1 is made to conform to the perpendicular erected on a transferring belt 10. That is, the gear is made so that the maximum eccentricity point A comes to the most lowest point. Then, the maximum eccentricity direction of a second drum gear 14-1-2 is similarly made to conform to the perpendicular erected on the transferring belt. |
