PURPOSE: To establish a pitch synchronization processing system which can achieve the PSI processing having a good efficiency with a control algorithm while the configuration remains simple. CONSTITUTION: A pitch synchronization processing system comprises a table for scb to store CV having a phase shifted for 1/n sample with respect to a code vector(CV), a PSI information producing part 41 to produce various pieces of information including SV length number and real address adrs[i] of the leading piece of data of each SV and the number of pieces elm of sub-vector SV for producing of a periodifying CV from the CV's in a noise code book and table for scb on the basis of the code book index No. nwrd and each piece of information of the integer part lagi and the decimal part lagf of the pitch period, and a vector assembling part 45 to turn into PSI which is to read the corresponding number of pieces elm from the noise code book and the table for scb and assemble the periodifying CVpsiwrd[k]. The arrangement includes a frame delay part 1 to hold an exciting source sample signal as a pitch vector (PV) and a table for acb to develop and store the PV having a phase shifted for 1/n sample with respect, to the PV, and thereby a periodifying PVpsiwrd[k] is assembled. |
