PURPOSE: To enhance propelling efficiency of a propeller by setting a twist angle and a cross-sectional shape of fins so as to generate a rotary flow in the inverse direction of the propeller rotating direction in a root side fin part of a stator fin in a specific range of a propeller radius and in the same direction in a tip side fin part. CONSTITUTION: In respective fins 8 of a stator fin, a twist angle of the fins and a cross-sectional shape of the fins are set so as to generate a rotary flow in the inverse direction of the rotating direction of a propeller 4 in its root side fin part 8a in a range corresponding to a part up to 70 to 100% of a propeller radius from the propeller shaft center line. That is, in the root side fin part 8a, its cross-sectional shape and a pitch angle γ are set at a proper angle αof elevation to an alternating current from a propeller blade 4a. On the other hand, in a tip side fin part 8b, its cross-sectional shape and the pitch angle γare set at a proper angle α of elevation to a flow having no rotary flow of an alternating current of a propeller so as to generate a rotary flow in the same direction with the propeller rotating direction. |
