PURPOSE: To set sensors by simple operation, and set output characteristics of the sensors on the basis of a joint bendable range in a musical sound control device to control a musical sound signal according to bending angles of joint parts detected by these by providing the sensors to detect the bending angles of the joint parts. CONSTITUTION: In a customizing mode, among bending angles of respective joint parts detected by sensors 11 to 13, a minimum value and a maximum value are stored. On the one hand, the bending angles of the respective joint parts detected by the sensors 11 and 13 are normalized in a mode to control a musical sound by using this angle range as a reference, and on the other hand, a threshold value to discriminate to which area in the angle range the bending angles of the respective joint parts detected by the sensor 12 belong, is set by prescribed operation. |
