PURPOSE: To display every coded image information recorded on an information medium when a termination is performed in the state that the undisplayed pictures in the termination state of the one sequence composed of coding image information colums are left inside an image decoder. CONSTITUTION: The information on an information recording medium 3 is read on a system bus 5 from an information recording medium reading control part 4 by the control of a central processing part 1. If the information is image information and voice information, the data is transferred to an image information processing part and a voice information processing part, respectively. Preliminarily prepared coded image information is added to the one sequence composed of the coded image information columns recorded in the information medium and the information is inputted in an image decoder 6 by the control of the central processing part.
