PURPOSE: To set an optimal increment or decrement of output frequency per sampling period for accelerating or decelerating a voltage type inverter without limiting the current. CONSTITUTION: The control circuit for voltage type inverter comprises an increment/decrement conversion means 4, an inverter output frequency operating means 5, and an increment/decrement regulation means 6. The increment/ decrement regulation means 6 regulates the increment/decrement per sampling period to set a second current limit value slightly lower than a first current limit value if the first current limit value, i.e., a normal current limit value, is reached when the frequency set value is increasing or decreasing. |
