PURPOSE: To synchronize an intermittent cycle at a rotary table side and an operational cycle at a can side without raising rotation velocity of a can by forming an outline curve of a can so that a cam follower in contact with a can enables operation of the same cycle as a cycle of a rotary table. CONSTITUTION: An index unit 11 is constituted to allow a rotary table 12 to rotate intermittently by two intermittent cycles to one rotation of its input rotation. Meanwhile, an output shaft 64 and each of cam shafts 71 to 73 rotate once similar to input rotation by using pulleys 65 to 68 of the same diameter, respectively. Therefore, an outline curve of two cycles is formed in a can follower 75 in rotary contact with a plate cam 74 of each of can shafts 71 to 73, and an intermittent cycle of the rotary table 12 and an operational cycle at a device side such as a mounting head lift device 51 are made to synchronize completely. Therefore, abrasion of bearing of each of can shafts 71 to 73, abrasion of the plate can 74 and abrasion of the cam follower 75 are restrained and mounting velocity of an electronic part is raised. |
