PURPOSE: To assembly and adjust an attaching structure of a mounting head in a short time without enlarging a diameter of a rotary table by fixing a nut member of a head lift mechanism to a rotary table and fixing a pair of rails to a head lifting table. CONSTITUTION: A head lifting table 26 is fixed to a pair of rails 28. After a ball traveling groove is processed, a span between rails is measured. Then, a ball is interposed in a nut member and a nut member span is measured. A size of a ball is modified to attain a necessary pre-load to compensate for a difference between the spans. At last, a head lift mechanism 151 after pre-load adjustment is attached to an outer circumference of a rotary table. After all, the head lift mechanism 151 can be attached and adjusted extremely readily. Furthermore, it is possible to eliminate the need for pre-load adjustment and to adjust assembly in a short time. |
