PURPOSE: To easily grasp the corresponding relation of a clinical record content, a prescription, an inspection request slip and an inspection result by displaying the clinical record content, the prescription, the inspection request slip and the inspection result in one window. CONSTITUTION: The clinical record window 4 for synthesizing and managing the clinical record contents consists of three function blocks. Namely, a first block is a patient basic information display part 5 for displaying basic information on a patient, which is represented by the name and the date of birth of the patient. A second block is a clinical record content display part 6 for filling an opinion content and a treatment content at the time of consultation and for referring to them. A third block is an object group 9 consisting of more than one objects. The object group 9 consists of more than one objects. The respective objects are made to correspond to diagnosis information (prescription, inspection request slip and inspection result). Thus, consultation information can be added and changed. Furthermore, the objects are provided with functions which are adhered to the clinical record content display part 6. |
