FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing-base made of a laminate, flexible member, units for fastening a structure to be tested, and arrester of movements of the flexible members. The flexible member is made up as a cylindrical ring on the surface of which a resistance strain gauge is mounted. The flexible member is mounted inside the housing so as their walls are perpendicular to the surface of the base and a structure to be tested. The device is secured to a structure to be tested by way of fastening members or glue. To protect the flexible member against overloading when the strain of the structure surface is out of the measuring limits of the device or when abrupt breaking down of the structure material occurs the device is provided with an arrester of the stroke.
